Use 2x4 lumber for the greenhouse construction. Make sure you invest in weather-resistant lumber, otherwise the components will rot over time and the whole construction will collapse. Use a good saw to make the cuts.

Pay attention to the measurements and to the angle cuts, if you want to get a professional result. Otherwise the components won't lock together properly. Drill pilot holes through the components and insert 2 1/2" screws to assemble the frame of the greenhouse. Make sure the corners are right-angled and add glue to the joints, if you want to get a professional result.

After building the greenhouse, you need to cover it with film or with polycarbonate sheets. Make sure you vent the greenhouse properly, otherwise the plants will die because of the overheating. Fill the greenhouse with a thick layer of fertile soil before planting the vegetables and don't use chemicals, if you want to harvest organic vegetables.
